Special Employment Centres (CEE) in TEB Cooperative Group provide quality services at a high professional level to help people with intellectual disability who work, in terms of both helping them to exercise their rights at work and making an effective contribution to their integration and avoiding situations where there is a risk of social exclusion.

Within the personal and social adjustment service of the CEE are the USAP (Professional Activity Support Units). Each of these is a multi-disciplinary team made up of experts in psychology, pedagogy, social education and social work. The work of the USAP is aimed at achieving maximum personal and work autonomy for people with intellectual disability at their workplace; at the same time, they aim for the best possible integration in the social and work environments with the goal of improving quality of life for people with intellectual disability and also for their families.
